Talk Back
I thought about a blog, but… the truth is, I didn’t have anything to say that is important, interesting, or funny. I had a name for the blog – the Society of Suits, or S.O.S. – but even a halfway interesting name couldn’t justify the time or effort I was planning to make. So I did the right thing: I killed it.
But some of you might still need to talk. And as far as I know, there is no site where account people and others can talk about the business -- your questions, concerns, fears, hopes, dreams, you name it.
So if there is something on your mind, write it here and press “send”. I’ll write back. And if there is enough dialog, I might be able to resurrect the blog. And if we’re really industrious, together we might even create a sequel to The Art of Client Service.
